[Members-pts] is there any bandwidth limitation within npix network

Hi,

I recently found that ISPs like Worldlink, Mercantile, Subishu  is 
limiting their bandwidth for locally hosted websites as per the 
bandwidth which their customer were subscribing. My question is isn't it 
possible to lift such limit to better serve their customer with locally 
hosted contents? We also have a server within Nepal which is hosting 
most popular educational website, and we'll be glad to see ISPs lifting 
such bandwidth limitation.

I hope ISPs of Nepal will think about it once again?
