[Sysops-list] MOS access latency

Surya ji,

I tried to contact you for this problem. seems like there is some routing 
issue at npix sundhara. from 202.51.74.0/23 we are facing high latency 
after the npix hop at sundhara. its fine from 202.51.76.0/24 network. 
maybe it is taking return path via satellite link and not the npix. Could 
you please check it.
