there is nothing wrong (may be interesting for some)  with this  
picture. Websurfer is downstream of Namche from other NPIX members  
perspective. Quite a normal occurrence where people are free to buy  
and sell transit to each other.

Can you elaborate. I don't seem to get the gist of your statement. ???
