Bcoz the IP subnet (web surfer subnet??)  from where you are performing the 
trace  is still in our external view of our DNS server, that is why 
www.wlink.com.np resolves to 202.161.130.85 (collocated at US) and pkts. 
being routed across the CA via VSAT ( look at the difference in delay btw 
your 4th and 5th hop)  . Had it been on our internal view it would have 
resolved to 202.79.32.61(locally hosted)   and being routed via npix.

We are in the process of dynamically inserting all the prefixes of npix on our 
internal dns view.
