from worldlink connection). we still have strict QoS enforced in ISP
end as we'd have for internet traffic going outside NPIX. The link
speed for cross communication between ISP's still suckz.

is that a technical problem, REALLY? or ignorance? or rather...
political? to mantain a monopolist advantage???
