Hi,

Bipin, can you just send the full headers of the e-mails this guys is  
sending. the way to tackle this would be to send an e-mail to their  
ISP's abuse address, and see what reaction we get.

As for Nepali ISPs, most of their system guys are on this list, so i  
guess if we point out to them that they have a spammer in their  
network, they would take action.
