I wonder if the ISPs have also cut off Internet to their most important 
customers (diplomatic missions, INGOs etc). ;-).

May be the ISPs should only cut off the Internet aess to the government 
agencies, and not others. the public is still going to suffer with this 
bandh. given all the load shedding, there is already a small window to get 
productive work done and this 'Internet bandh' decreases productivity 
further.

May be ISPs will also publish a schedule of the bandh like NEA does, so 
that we can plan our work accordingly.
