A month back he has also called at our Software wings to maintain their
NS records and host web site. I refused saying " we don't host spammers
web site"

Today Mr. Maxonline called in our support to open up their websites.

I just wanted to know and share , if all the ISP's are really blocking
his websites.And how should I communicate and what message should I
convey to this person in an effective way.
