if somone wants to block maxonline, here is an initiation.

These are lists of websites (36 so far) that is being used by
maxonline for spam. I update the list every few days but if some of
you are really intrested in using it maybe we could setup a php front
end with some authenciation so that few of you trusted ppl. from ISPs
could update the list within few minutes---or within an hour maybe
after the spam outbreak. Lets hope we will block them faster than they
can mutate... but again if someone is intrested!
