the best, i think, one could do is:
Ask your marketing dept. to search for name or phone/mobile number or
any contact info relate to maxonline in their customer database. Any
internet account associated with the name and telephone number (with
some verification) SHOULD BE IMMIDIATELY TERMINATED AND PERMENANTLY
BLOCKED.

But only if few ISP's are intrested to coordinate.

second thing as i previously mentioned:

If those websites has ZERO hits there is no business, the user side.
The advantage we have here is we could update the list within hours
but many users check their email just every few days.

lets solve this problem technically but again.... if someone is intrested ;)
