Creating and updating BL and blocking won't help at all its proven...
Max is getting sophisticated day by day. Initially he started promoting
his owned sites, now using free/public virtual domains and even now
started to send image attachment ie now you require OCR in your
spamassasin as well.

He is making money anyhow and no. of complains along with volume of spam
has increased drastically... and we are suffering maintaining BL and
blocking and making nice gossips in this list.. :(

We have complains, evidience, contacts..everything but still we cannot
do anything.....Now its time we must have strong anti-Spam policy based
on which spammers MUST be prosecuted and Discouraged thereof.

It can be a good move to Discourage, but again before this we must have
some common and strict policies..otherwise despite being interested no
ISP would want to take hassels to bug their valuable customers and loose
business in this cut throat competition.

I presume some ISPAN committee are also in this list..
Hellooo ISPAN..Knock Knock..could you give bit priority to this
issue..can you hear and help us..????
