[Sysops-list] Re: [npIX - Members] Blocking online jobs/spammers sites

We are blocking those sites using the blacklist provided by bipin. As 
bipin suggested, we could have an interface to update the list by 
authorized personnels from all ISPs so that we at ISPs can use dynamic 
linking from the list to block the spammer related sites.
