[Sysops-list] Websurfer routing problem(s)!?

Hello,

I hear Websurfer officially into NPIX now. BUT having a trace-route
shows the I/O from wlink - websurfer is going via satellite!?
Moreover, (i'm a cable internet subscriber from websurfer) i'm still
getting the usual ~7 Kb/sec download speed even when i'm browsing
websites of ISP's who are members of NPIX. In my openion thats hurting
the SPRIT of NPIX, which i believe is, (also) faaaaaster/UNLIMITED
access to contents of servers thats routed via NPIX.

guys please looooosen up & fix these issue.
