I too think that it would be really a great idea to create a type of fear
amongst the internet users that "IF THEY DON'T COOPERATE THAN THEY MAY BE
DISCONNECTED FROM THE SERVICE PROVIDED" and the word blacklist will surely
make them think as they might be worrying of getting no any internet
connections from other service providers too, if they get blacklisted. But
gaurab dai before getting them blacklisted I think that a visit to them
and a bit of counselling is more necessary than directly blacklisting
them, so how about getting them some hearings and counselling regarding
the problems that arising of such ignoranceand stupidity. And if after all
those stubbornness still persists than the appropriate action be taken.

gaurav
