[Sysops-list] Finally-Internet Bandh

I think this is a way of showing the government that hey look we are also 
annoyed by this. 
But the thing is that the government is not even effected by this and as  
Gaurab says that if the interenet connection is down for the diplomatic 
missions I am sure that its not done. 

So let do those protests that directly hits the government not the general 
people. As Indivar says that there is hardly any effect to the government.
