I believe this should serve as a message to everybody , not just the  
government. People stayed quiet for too long, time to voice our  
concerns. ISPs were targeted as victim by both army and the maoist.  
Yes bandh is definitely not the brightest of all ideas, it is true we  
should look for better alternatives. But can we go down to the  
streets, definitely not, Can we DDos the Government and Maoist  
network ?? not viable and not much damage to the guilty? What else  
can we do ?

Voicing our concerns in all public nepalese websites looks like a  
good idea, any more we can think about. Remember we are empowered by  
knowledge and not guns :)
