Hi 

Sorry, probably I was not clear enough.  I meant to ask whether you
people are receiving such emails or not and how you guys are handling it
(not technically), but in terms of policy.  I'm not aware of any
rule/regulation that defines actions against spammers in context of
Nepal. So as an organization how do you handle such spam ? 

Ask the organization generating spam to stop spamming and black list if
the request is not acknowledged ? ignore it and let the anti spam
software handle it ? Promote it by forwarding such spam to your
friends ?
