I don't see any perfect way to tackle this
1. You can only block incoming emails but by then the harm is already
done
2. Email address and blogspot domain is free, so the list will keep
on increasing, one day all of us will get tired updating the list and/
or maintaining it; And finally we will end up hunting for these guys
and thrashing them, a telephone warning was definitely not enough.
Maybe educating all internet users might help. For instance sending
out an email to all clients alarming them of the bogus people running
this kind of scam. Maybe publish this information in popular sites
like cybersansar, nepalnews etc.
